How to buy

  1. How to choose a product

    Ordering is done exclusively by filling out the form on the website, which is provided for that, and ordering by phone is not possible in order to avoid mistakes when placing an order.

    When you select the desired product, on the page of that product you will find all the information necessary for the purchase, such as photos, price, description and other specifications. If the product suits you and you want to buy it, you can do so by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

  2. Shopping cart

    If you have decided to buy by placing the products in the basket, you can view the products in the basket by clicking on the basket icon located in the upper right corner of the site. When you are in your cart, you can empty your cart, update your cart, or complete your purchase: Cart.

  3. Purchase procedure

    In order to complete the purchase, you need to click the “Checkout” button in your basket. The next step is choosing how to complete your purchase. You can buy as a guest, you can register as a new customer or you can log in if you are already a registered customer. The purchase process consists of the following steps:

    – Selection of an item or items;
    – Filling in data for delivery and billing;
    – Order overview.

  4. Billing information

    The billing information contains the orderer’s data:

    Name, Surname, E-mail address, Street, City, Postal code, Telephone.

  5. Shipping information

    Delivery information contains recipient information:

    Name, Surname, Address (Street, City, Postal code), Telephone, E-mail address.

  6. Delivery methods

    Shipments are delivered by us and shipping is free.

  7. Payment methods

    – Payment at the time of receiving the shipment;
    – Payment through the website – payment cards.
