The core of the mattress and pillow made of 100% natural latex is enough to ventilate occasionally, while the pillowcase can be washed twice a year at 30 degrees. Also, the medical cover in which the pillow is located can be washed at 90 degrees. We definitely recommend that you put your own on top of our pillowcase for easier maintenance.
