Rulebook on the procedure and method of resolving complaints through the website

    With this rulebook, the trader regulates the manner, conditions and procedure for solving complaints (complaints) of consumers due to the non-conformity of goods via the hevea.rs website and the authority, obligations and responsibilities of the trader in terms of exercising the consumer’s right to complain.

  2. A member

    A consumer, in terms of this rulebook, is any citizen who makes a purchase via the Internet on the website hevea.rs.

  3. A member

    The consumer has the right to complain about the purchased product within 14 days from the day of purchase.

  4. A member

    The merits of the complaint request are determined by the competent commission. The response to the reported complaint will be sent to the Consumer in the shortest possible time, which cannot be longer than 8 days.

  5. A member

    In the case of a well-founded complaint and its acceptance by the merchant, the Consumer has the right of his own choice to: Exchange of the purchased product with a defect for a new, correct product or removal of defects on the product if possible. Refunds of the amount paid according to the attached invoice, in the case when the elimination of non-conformity is not possible.
