    The core of the mattress and pillow made of 100% natural latex is enough to ventilate occasionally, while the pillowcase can be washed twice a year at 30 degrees. Also, the medical cover in which the pillow is located can be washed at 90 degrees. We definitely recommend that you put your own on top of our pillowcase for easier maintenance.

    The warranty on the core of our products is 20 years. We remind you that the core of our mattresses and pillows does not need to be washed, but only aired. The warranty on textile products (mattress cover, pillowcase and blanket) is 10 years.

There is no universal solution because each person’s needs depend on their sleeping position, body structure and personal preferences.     What is the warranty on our products?

    The warranty on all our products made of 100% natural latex is 20 years, as a confirmation of their quality, durability and natural resistance.
