The place of delivery of the ordered goods must be located on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery is not limited by amount or quantity. The seller is obliged to ensure that the goods are delivered to the buyer as soon as possible, and in case of impossibility to send the goods for any reason, he is obliged to inform the buyer about this within seven days. The buyer can, within the legal term of 14 days after receipt, return the ordered unsealed goods to the seller. The seller is obliged, in that case, to return the entire amount paid to the buyer, except for the cost of delivering the goods. The product can be exchanged within 14 days<\/strong> from the day of purchase, i.e. with the receipt and the original packaging of the product. The cost of replacement and such return shall be borne by the buyer. In order to exercise any of your rights when returning the purchased product, the ordered goods must not be damaged or worn by use, they must be returned in the original packaging, with the invoice attached. The original packaging must not be worn or damaged in any other way, because in this case the right to a full refund is not recognized, but the costs of the damaged packaging are deducted from the total amount returned.
